Photos taken on 10/02/2012 on a Foliage Run up Route 27 from Farmington to Kingfield, Maine - ending at Sugarloaf. It included a stop at the scenic overlook on Ira Mountain which provided a spectacular view of the Carrabassett Valley. The day started out sunny in the greater Portland area but by the time we reached the foliage it had turned overcast. The colors were still great but would have been even better with sunshine on them.
